Windows Update doesn't work anylonger

Hello everybody.
Due to a computer problem I had to reinstall Windows Vista 64 Bit
Ultimate and afterwards move the Windows.old folder back into the root
of my harddrive.

After I moved everything back I tried to update my computer through
Windows Update.
It finds one update that it wants to install but stops with error
80246008. I looked into the Windows Event Protocols and found out that
it throws error 2147942522. What does this error mean (I can't find
any information out there in the web) and how to solve this issue?
