windows update erro found

Can some one please help me. i go to do a update and I get this erro found:
code Ox80245003. I don't know what to do. I have windows Vista

Error message when you try to install updates by using the Windows Update Web site:
"0x80245003"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919749/EN-US/

Note Vista can't use the website

I have also faced this problem and I tried to click on the link that you
gave. After following all the procedures, it did work and by that I want to
