Finally found the solution for my struggles with this. Go into ISA 2000
under your site and content rules and open your rule that allows internet
access. Go to the applies to tab and temporarily change it to any request.
Give it minute to take affect and for me everything from servers to
workstations worked great. Just remember to change it back to your previous
serttings so everyone and everything doesn't have access. I've had similar
issues with third party software that attempts to access the internet even
though the account it runs under is authenticated.
