Windows Update Error 0x80244022

Windows Update servers look very busy...

We have a mondial intranet.
For manual Windows Update this morning, I tried passing by our proxy in
Singapore and by our proxy in London... same error !

I 'll try later this afternoon.

Still looks busy - I managed a couple of servers then got losts of the update
errors.

Windows Update Servers are back online now. Everything O.K. now.....

Okay, except... still no updates, or are there?!

Be patient...they weren't even put on the servers until 10am PDT and don't
forget everyone who hasn't yet got XP SP2 is frantically trying to catch up
as SP1/1a are no longer supported as of tomorrow. Why they would wait two
years to get SP2 is anyone's guess.
So the servers are overloaded.
