Windows update error 641

Windows update is unsuccessful for .NET Framwework 1.1 Service Pack 1 and
..NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3, English Version. It shows error code 641.
I've tried repeatedly, with the same results. Help.

i'm having the some problem. Would someone please help????

having the same thing. Deleted a bunch of KB* and can't completely remove
Norton AV either. Tells me the WMI is unavailable. SP2 failed too.....

WHERE'S BILL GATES WHEN WE NEED HIM?

Same problem here. Microsoft tech gave me email instructions that corrected
one problem, but still having SP3 problem.

Exactely the same problem here!
Also my SP3-update and 1.1-update have failed to install!
With an error code 641 as result!
