Solution method 3.
This error are times when it occurs when the service which is necessary for
the Windows Update becomes invalid.
In this case, there are times when you can evade problem background
intelligent transfer service (the BITS) and by resetting automatic renewal
service.1. [ Start ] the menu is clicked, [ file name is appointed and
execution ] is clicked.
2. [ Name ] in box services.msc With it inputs, [ clicks the OK ].

the list.
9. At service state, [ stop ] after the clicking, [ start ] is clicked
once.
10. [ The OK ] is clicked.
11. [ Service ] the screen is closed.
When above-mentioned job completes, the Windows Update is done for the
second time.
