Hi;
First and best guess would be to use System Restore to roll the system back
before things went wrong.
Hopefully that will fix the problem.
If not, let us know. This error can indicate a problem with MS
authentication (among other things) so be sure to mention in your next post
if you have had problems in that area previously.
