Windows update error codes - unknown?

Could MS please update the error codes list in Vista's help feature? I keep
getting error codes when installing updates from Windows update and none of
the codes I get (about 3 different ones in several instances) appears in the
help or in your site (extensive search done. If there is an error code,
surely, somewhere there is a definition for that code? isn't it? it would
help us users to be able to find it, otherwise, it is a bit of a laugh at our
expense to put the code there and not be able to find a reference to it at
all.

Sorry, I felt they were irrelevant, as it was supposed to be a suggestion,
and the issue is that many error codes returned by windows update are not
documented in the help or in the MS site.

Don't hold your breath.

[FYI, the majority of the experts here are not accessing the newsgroups via
the Community web-interface (we use an NNTP newsreader instead) and so
cannot "vote" on posts such as yours.]
