Windows Update Error KBB42773

I recently tried to d/l the latest updates and got this error when it was
trying the first down load.

Update for Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP
5.1 (KB842773) Failed.

Now I already tried the the troubleshooter and went into the registry and
made sure BITS was in there. Is there anything that I need to d/l that will
make that go away? thanks.
