Try this ... manually download the updates and save them, do NOT run them:

Under More Information, click the download link for either the 32 or 64
bit link
Update for Outlook 2007 (KB933493
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...3-C4C47539DF66
CLick the Continue button to pass Validation and then download the
update for Vista
After the downloads are completed close the browser and any other open
programs
*Right click* the downloaded files and choose " Run as Administrator "
Click through the UAC prompts
Did that get them installed ?
