windows update errors 0x8009200D and 0x800B0004

OS: Win2000
I'm gettig the error 0x800B0004 when opening the MS Update Page -
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/de/default.asp - telling me the
software update is incomplete. I was applying the suggestions of article
Q174360. My IE security level it set to low.
The update log shows the following:
2005-07-04 23:16:35 21:16:35 Error IUCTL Digital Signatures
on file C:\Programme\WindowsUpdate\V4\temp\iuident.cab are not trusted (Error
0x8009200D)
2005-07-04 23:16:35 21:16:35 Error IUCTL Digital Signatures
on file C:\Programme\WindowsUpdate\V4\temp\iuident.cab are not trusted (Error
0x800B0004: Der Antragsteller gilt für den angegebenen Vorgang nicht als
vertrauenswürdig.)
2005-07-04 23:16:35 21:16:35 Error IUCTL Failed to download
iuident.cab from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/v4/ to
C:\Programme\WindowsUpdate\V4\temp (Error 0x800B0004: Der Antragsteller gilt
für den angegebenen Vorgang nicht als vertrauenswürdig.)

Applying some of the hints in this communitx didn't resolve the problem -
neither did the suggested solutions found in the MS trobleshooting page for
windows update.

I really would appreciate some help!

For Error: 0X800B0004,

After You log on scroll the page about half way down, and look
for Error: 0X8009200D.
