Windows Update failed to install

I sat waiting 50 minutes for Windows Media Player 9 Series to download, then
it failed to install (several times). I have Windows ME, and supposedly this
version of Media Player is for my version of Windows. I've never had a
problem installing any other Windows update.

Any ideas? Help?!
