Windows Update Failed for pre-successful install of same KB?

Here is the info I get from Windows Update (via IE):

Failed Friday, January 28, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server 2003

Failed Friday, January 28, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server 2003
(KB890175) Web site
iled Wednesday, January 26, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server 2003
(KB871250) Automatic update
Failed Wednesday, January 26, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server 2003
(KB891711) Automatic update
Failed Wednesday, January 26, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server 2003
(KB890175) Automatic update
Successful Wednesday, January 12, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server
2003 (KB871250) Automatic update
Successful Wednesday, January 12, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server
2003 (KB891711) Automatic update
Successful Wednesday, January 12, 2005 Security Update for Windows Server
2003 (KB890175) Automatic update

As you can see it lists it as being "Successful" on Jan. 12 via automatic
update. However, I continue to get the automatic update trying to install it
for me.. as well as Windows Update Web site. Both fail. Tried downloading the
KB patches manually and running them and receive:

Setup could not verify the integrity of the Update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer. (I have looked and it is
reported as running). I have also looked in Add Remove programs and the KB's
in question are not mentioned with the rest.

Each KB8###.log indicates that the first time it was ran (01/12/05) it
actually performed something... all other information in the 3 logs is
repeated with Update.exe extended error code = 0xf0da
