Windows Update Failing on Windows Vista Ultimate

I have Windows Vista Ultimate installed, I have noticed over the past couple
of weeks that the Windows Update is failing.

I receive the error "Code8007000B". After going through the Windows Help I
have tried everything, removing the update history, restarting the update
service.... nothing works...

has anybody got any ideas how to fix the problem??

Check the date, timeand time zone of your system. All these information
should be accurate and correct before starting update from website.

It doesn't works I try everything. i need help!!!
