Windows update fails - 0x800A005

Each time I run windows update i get the following error : 0x800A0005

When I look at the WindowsUpdate.log file I find :

Anybody any idea?

I already searched the internet but did not find a solution that solves my
problem.

Could I have an issue with BITS?

I am running Windows XP Home edition with SP2 installed.
