windows update fails to install kb828741

I have tried three times now to try and update kb828741. And i keep getting a
failed to install message.

And i cant paste all the log file on here as it is to big.

Same problem - what's the answer?

I am having this problem with these:
Security Update for Windows XP (KB835732)
Security Update for Windows XP (KB828741)
I am re-installing windows XP. I did this once before and got all updates
successfully.
