Windows Update "fails" when installing 2 of my updates.

Whenever Windows Update prompts me to install these two updates - Microsoft
SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 2 (KB 921896) and Security
Update for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 (KB951338) - it gives me a
message that it "fails". That is the only error message I recieve besides on
the Microsoft Update webpage, which tells that my error code is 0x80092004

How can I fix this? I cannot find any support information on this error
code. Thank you!

I am having the same probelm. Every day I get a message that an attempted
download of KB921896 failed. In July purchased a new computer Acer Extensa
5620-6119. Came with Vista but asked to have Windows XP installed so now
using that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I have the same problem too: Windows Update fails everytime when
instaling KB921896 with error code 0x80092004.
And what is interesting (maybe): I have the same computer Acer Extensa 5620!
Unfortunately, I didn't find any useful information on MS web.
