What is the update using as file extensions to download or upload data for
WIN 98, WIN XP, WIN 2000, and WIN NT operating systems?
Our firewall file block settings were reset and updates are now being
blocked. I need to make sure that this is not the reason for the update
problems.

Usually .EXE for executables or .MSI for Microsoft Installer.
