windows update globe

Is it possible to see just exactly what windows is downloading
automatically, when the icon is on the bottom right corner of the task bar.
Its going really slow. Its at 34% and probably wont advance much more than
that today. If it is the sp2 that is trying to download, can I stop it.
See, I got my cd in the mail and would rather do it that way as soon as I
learn more about installation and precautions.

Disconnect your internet connection if you want to stop your download
immediately. And don't worry you can resume your download later.

If I were u so I will choose "Notify me, but dont automatically download or
install them" rather than "Autmatically download" from automatic updates
option at control panel so I can choose to download bigger or smaller file
first and also I can see a download progress bar more detail.
