often means that your system is out of memory. There are more technical
details, but that is the basic meaning.

This may be because something else running on your system is "leaking"
memory and consuming resources that other programs need. I would recommend
checking what programs you have loading at each StartUp, and doing a full
anti-virus and "malware" scan.
