Windows Update History Doesn't show removals

I have had a problem over the last couple of days with a MS Hotfix. I have
had to remove it twice, but in neither case is there any indication in the
"history". I see that the two times it was installed show, so I know it's
not getting the info from the uninstall info, it's really keeping a database
and keeping track of the installations.
So shouldn't it show the removals? It was misleading to me as after I had
removed the hotfix and then went back to Windows Update the next day, I saw
that it had been added successfully but not removed. It had been removed of
course, but I had to go to add/remove programs to be sure.
Is there a microsoft suggestion mailbox that I could send this request to?
