Windows Update Hung on Installation of ATI Radeon 9800 XT Driver U

As I was updating my ATI Radeon 9800 XT Driver via Windows Update, Windows
Update froze on the installation phase of the install and now my computer is
not running well. Where does Windows Update download to so I can finish the
update? I'd download it again but my queries for the driver come up empty.

Any ideas?
