Windows Update icon missing from Start Menu

Vista beta 2-latest version.
Somehow this icon was deleted. How do I get it back to Start Menu?

There is no Windows Update icon for Windows Vista Beta 2
since the Windows Update web site does not support it because
it a "beta" operating system.
