Windows update install

yes i downloaded the service pack 2 update some time ago and never did
install it. well now i wish to install it and i know i downloaded it because
it has asked me beofre if i want to install. well now i can't seem to find
where it is so i can install it.
i dont see the little world icon that used to come up on my toolbar from
time to time and i cannot find out how to open it so i can choose install.
can anyone help please thank you.

It sounds like you had Automatic Update download SP-2.
If so, you may have deleted the download during routine maintenance.
That would have been a relatively small Express Installation file.
But you really should use the Network Installation.
You can order it on CD or download and burn to CD, both options Step 1 on
this page:
