Windows Update Installed Updates on Server List Wrong

Hi:

Anybody know how to fix:
Windows Update List on it's Update Server
doesn't correctly show all update installed
(with green checkmark), despite all updates
shown as installed on pc's Add/Remove software
listing?

About 20 show as a cancelled install, the rest
show a green checkmark and maybe 1 show as a
failed install?

Update History at WIndows Update does not display updates which you manually
downloaded & installed.
