I have an old IBM T30 laptop running XP PRO that has been fine for quite some
time now.
I ran Windows update last night, successfully, taking the 'express' option
so as to get high priority updates
This morning, I ran it again, taking the 'custom' option, in case there were
any PC specific updates I wished to select.
It failed (0x80072EFD).
I tried running the express option again. It failed (0x80072EFD).
Tried all the fixes I've found so far (modifying 'trusted sites' to include
the MS updte ones; checking host files (nothing)).
Thoughts?
