Windows update KB886903

From the Windows Update site I installed KB886903 to my computer. I was shown
that the installation was successful and restarted the computer. I went back
to the Windows Update site and it showed that I had not yet installed update
KB886903. After checking the list of installed updates I was shown that
KB886903 was successfully downloaded and installed. It seems that the Windows
Update site is contradicting itself. If I have successfully downloaded and
installed update KB886903 why is it still available for download as a
critical update?

Also at the Windows Update site the size of KB886903 is reported to be 0kb.
