Windows Update KB902400

Out of 62 updates needed on my new computer it took a very long time to
isolate this one as the cause of sytem restart failures.

This update effectively locked me out of my system OS and could only
retrieve the situation by re-installing Windows XP Home, F8 options on boot
did not help
