Windows Update KB928416

This is the update for .NET framework 3.0. Windows Update downloaded the
file OK but is unable to complete the install.

Would appreciate some help.

I downloaded the bootstrap as you suggested. When I ran the program it
encountered an error. A popup box asked if it should do a fix which I
allowed. The installation than continued successfully

I downloaded the .NET Framework 3.0 redistribtable and installed with no
problems. When I return to windows update it still shows KB928416 as needing
to be installed.
