Windows Update KB936181 will not install

The comoputer looks like it installs every day but the next day another
reminder to update this file--When I check to fin it on my computer it
doesn't show up anywhere--is there a fix for this, and is it possible that
this is the reason that I am unable to copy CD 's to my computer?

I have Windows vista 32

UPdates won't install
KB936181 and
KB933928
Errorcode: 80070057
