Windows Update KB947562 - Error Code 8024200D

This error code keeps popping up whenever I try to download the update. I
have no clue what it means. Can someone please help?

Error Code 0x8024200D SUS_E_UH_NEEDANOTHERDOWNLOAD
The installer requires more data to be downloaded

Translation: Whatever you're trying to install, your machine needs some
other updates to be installed first.

Are you running Vista or Vista SP1 now? Is this a sudden, new problem or an
ongoing one? Are you attempting to install KB947562 manually or via Windows
Update?

I'm running Vista. It's a new problem, and I'm trying to run it from Windows
Update.

Please confirm that you're running Vista, not Vista SP1.

What update are you trying to download via Windows Update?

I'm having the same problem trying to download update: KB947562 via windows
update, I just upgraded to Vista Ultimate yesterdays and have been installing
updates every since. It is a clean install because prior to my upgrade I
restore my machine using a system restore disk from hp to bring it to factory
default.

I am having the same problem, and I am running Windows Vista Home Premium. I
do not see SP1 anywhere. Ideas?
