windows update lose email

When ever windows auto updates I can no longer send or recieve email.
have to restore to the last restore point before the update and it work
fine till the next update. I have cox:mad

Hi,

By using restore, you're removing the update and on the next cycle
reinstalling it, thus recreating the same issue. What update is being
installed that is causing you issues? You can either block it or we can
figure out what problem it is causing. If it's a driver update, then my
recommendation is to block it, otherwise it may be a critical update where
we need to resolve whatever problem it's causing.
