WINDOWS UPDATE FOR MEDIA CENTRE 2005

Having major update issues... will not let me update this! Rollup 2 for
wmcebtre2005.. Any Ideas? Error Code: 0x643

Also update issues with microsoft .Net framework 1.1 Service pack 2! Any
ideas on how to update this...Error Code: 0x643

Keep trying windows update but it keeps failing on both

Any help much appreciated.. Free Haggis to the person that stops me from
pulling my hair out!!!!

0x643 = 1603 = ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE
