I'm having the same problem. When windows update starts downloading the
selected updates, I get an 80072efd error. Download failed. I too have
tried all the suggested fixit tips, to no avail. I do not use NIS or ICF.
I'm inching closer and closer to using a completely different platform. If
anyone has a fix, I'd appreciate it.
