Windows Update will not Configure

Update for Windows Vista (KB938371) Important Published Date 2/12/2008 will
not configure. I get no error codes, it just go back to the old setting after
I restart my computer.
It says windows update was unalbe to configure reverting to old setting.(or
something close to that.)
