I would like to help. Can you answer a few questions so
that we can narrow down the problem set? First:
What operating system are you running on? The easy way to
find out is to:
1) click start
2) right-click My Computer
3) click Properties
On the General tab, the operating system should be there
as (example

Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Service Pack 2
Were you able to apply any patches to your systems before
this?
Does the windowsupdate.microsoft.com website provide an
error code, such as 0x80004005 ? If so, please post that
as well.
