Windows update not working due to Error number: 0x80072EFD

After reinstalling windows on my new hard disk , I never tried windows update
website.Yesterday i just tried to do updates from website but gives the error
(Error number: 0x80072EFD).
I tried everything written on windows website to resolve this problem but
still i cant update from website.pls help me to resolve this problem.

Sir thanks for fast response ,I tried all resolution given in the mentned web
site but but still my update is not working & I think my automatic updates
are also not working ,even my windows defender updates is also showing the
same error.
btw i m using trend micro internet security 2006 ,if the problem is related
to this pls help me.

What version os Windows did you install on your new computer - with SP1 or
SP2
