Windows update page not working correct!

First, you shouldn't be FORCED to get that (genuine tool)just to download the
regular updates but as you may have noticed that is what they have done .
Guess they must be having a BIG lie when on another page they claim you
don't have to accept that to get downloads.
SECOND, anyone notice that if you click the DETAILS after the download
description it doesn't show up at all?? Guess they don't want to tell you the
truth-THAT after the downloads you will be missing things!!
THIRD, from reading the boards I would say a lot of the problems are caused
by their own people and software. I reported it 2 times already today and
that is how a big company takes your money and yet doesn't care to give you
real support and stand behind their customers.
