Windows Update page not working

Hi,

When I go to the Microsoft Update page I get this:
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.
....

I just installed x64 Professional, what is the best way to update my system
now?

You are using it. Make sure you are using the 32-bit version of IE. You
also may have to install (mobo cd) and uninstall (add/remove programs) the
Nvidia firewall if you have an Nvidia chipset on your motherboard.
