windows update /Panda platinum 2005

My friend has got Panda Platinum2005 he went to pandas site to download a hot
fix to stop panda from blocking windows update and when he tred to update it
it said the panda is not compaable with the one he has got. What i cant
undrstand is that it is the correct hot fix for platinum 2005 witch is the 1
he is using. can some 1 tell me what the problem is please.

Ask this to Panda support.

You may need to uninstall/reinstall Panda.
