windows update prob 0x8DDD0004

after installing windows xp sp2 i can not access the
windows update site, i get as far as it and dont get the
oppertunity to scan for update the page just remains blank
any suggestions. thanks

not logged on as
administrator at the time
when loged on as administrator i get the following...

Can you pls. send windowsupdate.log from your machine. (please send
it directly to me). It will be on %windir% directory.
