Windows update problemsI have made several attempts to download

I have made several attempts to download Service Pack 2 onto my computer. It
gets to the third stage (Install) and the a message asppears that tells me
that tells me that Setup could not verify the integrity of the file update
information. Make sure the Cryptographic service is running on this computer.
It is! And I STILL CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE SP2. I also have problems with the
automatic updates. I ask that I be notified of new updates. I click the
Microsoft icon in the toolbar and the process begins. However, after a
lengthy time, a message tells me that the downloading was unsuccessful. HELP!

Hi

Your Cryptographic Service is most likely running fine, renaming or
deleting the Catroot2 folder is most likely what you need to do to
solve the problem.
