Windows Update Q823559: Security Update for Microsoft Windows

This update has been coming up for install almost everyday.

It was install may 10, 2004. It' now been installed three
or four more times.

I realized that the critical update was the same number as
last time.

Any fix for this

Please note this is for Win98SE. Not for WinXP.

Started following basics. Did spyware, etc. Still showing
up. Did a simple thing, when to add/remove and removed it
an the previous or latest Security update. Rebooted and
had update reinstall. Appears to be working.

Thnaks
Next if someone else has this problem ask them first if
the uninstalled the update. and reinstall.
