Windows update screen corrupted and unreadable

On vista ultimate my windows update has lost all the text labels and options
so I can not select any updates or alter any of the settings. If I try to
access the turn updates on or off option from the security item in control
panel I get an out of memory error.
Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem. I've been working with Microsoft Support
with no resolution yet. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the XML
Parser which was their suggestion, but that did not work. I haven't
heard back from them in a week. Any input would be appreciated.
