I would be gald to get your help if possible .
1}Pls note that since i installed windows update service pack 2 my PC became
slow and when ever i try to open any application like My Computer it take
time to show all the drive letter .
Does any body has any solutions to this problem ?? and tell me what to do or
have any body faced such problem and can help me to sort out the same ??
2} Since i install Windows service pack 2 my printer , Scanner does not work
.. it show a typical message " unable to communicate with the device ,
Plese start "MPService" from the services applet in the control panel .
Then please right -click on the status Monitor to reconnect and try again.
2nd ERROR Message "The Print job failed to complete.
Reason :
Unable to communicate with the device .
The device may be turned off, or a cable may be disconnected .
Please make sure that the device is turned on , connected and functioning
properly .
To me it appears that after loading and installing the service pack 2 the
printer have never work . is it the problem of Service pack should i
uninstall the same ??
Or what could be exactly problem and solution one can say ??
The printer works when the same is put connection with LAPTOP.
I checked the connection and attachment everything is perfect
Pls any one can help me with solving this problem
