windows update services

I configure a WSUS server. It detect all computers and the updates need by
them.
BUT the clients are unable to get updates from that server. on status report
it shows the intalation FAILD on all new updates.
on one client i see this error.

"Source: Windows UPdate Agent Category: Software Sync
Type:Error Event ID: 16

Unable to Connect: Windows is unable to connect to the automatic updates
service and therefore cannot download and install updates according to the
set schedule. Windows will continue to try to establish a connection. "
