N/A to XP. visible sans the 'shift'.
Bonus in 2k (or xploit?..) is that blank pass is permitted whereas in xp if
Admin has no pass set, it would't work.
As for that little oversight in instructions, well- keep in mind that most
directions are 'sorta' global for current supported OS's and FWIW 2k is
reaching the end of main-stream support end of this month!
While extended support life cycle is still in 'ongoing' phase, 2k will
receive it's very last 'security rollup package' this month and will
gradually be pushed* into migration ...
