Windows update site

I had to do a system recovery, which took my computer back to factory
settings, Now when I go to windows udate page it continuosly scans for latest
updates, but never turns up any. I know it needs alot. I have it set for
automatic update, but none has downloaded. It just keeps scanning. plz help.

Should we guess your Windows version?
