WIndows update - Software update incomplete

I tried to run windows update (used to work) and receive the message
"Software Update Incomplete". I am running Windows ME, and checked that the
security level for IE is medium, that active scripting and the download and
initialization of ActiveX controls are enabled.

I followed the instructions for Windows ME in the trouble shooting guide,
namely deleting iuctl.dll and iuengine.dll and clearing the c:\program
files\windowsupdate\V4 folder. No help, same error - 0x800B0004 code.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Windows Updater works now. It worked after I registered the DLLs
mentioned in the article. I also noticed that regsvr32 was not in my
Windows/system directory. Not sure why it was missing.
