Windows Update for SP1 Fails with Error 80070034

Hello,

I have tried for over 1 month to install the SP1 for Vista update. Each
time it fails with an error code of 80070034. Of which I can't find any
information about. I did find this error code referenced but not for Vista
but an actual post from 2006.

The three updates Vista attemps to install are:
Security Update for Windows Vista (KB941693)

Security Update for Windows Vista (KB948590)

Update for Windows Vista (KB938371)

Any ideas on where I should look for a fix?

Did Windows Update offer Vista SP1 to this machine or did you attempt to
install it manually?

Did Windows Update offer KB941693, KB948590, and KB938371?
